1. Subscription Plans

ClassMate AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner PayPal.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refunds

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods after cancellation. All sales are final once a billing period begins.

If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact our support team. We will review such cases on an individual basis.

4. Free Trial

If you signed up through a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost.

5. Annual Subscription Plans

For annual subscriptions paid upfront, refunds are not provided for the remainder of the subscription term upon cancellation. Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid annual term.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with repeated chargebacks.
