ClassMate AI provides AI-powered tools for educators, including lesson plan generators, quiz creators, rubric makers, and other teaching aids. The service is available in free and paid subscription tiers.

2.1 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ClassMate AI uses artificial intelligence to generate lesson plans, quizzes, rubrics, and other educational materials. By using our tools, you acknowledge that:

• AI content is for reference only. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified educator before classroom use.
• No guarantee of accuracy. ClassMate AI does not guarantee the factual accuracy, age-appropriateness, or curriculum alignment of AI-generated content.
• Teacher responsibility. You are solely responsible for verifying facts, checking for bias, and ensuring the content meets your educational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Not a substitute. AI tools are designed to assist, not replace, professional teaching judgment and expertise.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using ClassMate AI belongs to you. The ClassMate AI platform, including its code, design, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by ClassMate AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClassMate AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
